1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a member of the United Democratic Movement (UDM), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the registration.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a holder of a valid Kenyan National ID or Passport to register. Providing false information may result in the cancellation of your membership.

3. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. It is your responsibility to update your details if any changes occur.

4. Data Privacy & Protection

Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of membership management, communication, and party operations.
Your data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties without your consent.

5. Membership Obligations

Members are expected to uphold the values and principles of the United Democratic Movement.
Membership does not guarantee employment, appointments, or any financial benefits.
The party reserves the right to revoke membership for conduct contrary to the party's constitution.

6. Communication

By registering, you consent to receive communications from UDM via email, SMS, or other channels using the contact details you provide. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

7. Duplicate Registrations

Each person may only register once. Duplicate registrations using the same National ID, Passport, or email address will be rejected automatically.

8. Amendments

UDM reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through the registered communication channels.
